Northern Colorado SkyShots LLC is a service-area business based in Loveland, Colorado. To ensure consistent pricing and cover the operational costs associated with extended travel, the following policy applies to all on-site photography and videography projects.

We provide local service within a 50-mile radius of Loveland, Colorado (80537). Projects located within this 50-mile zone do not incur a travel surcharge.

For projects located more than 50 miles from our base in Loveland, a travel fee will be applied to the total project invoice. This fee is calculated as follows:

• Rate: $50.00 USD for every additional 10 miles (or portion thereof) beyond the initial 50-mile radius.
• Determination of Distance: Travel distance is calculated using the fastest route as determined by standard mapping software (e.g., Google Maps) from our business address to the project site.

Travel fees are intended to cover fuel, vehicle maintenance, and the pilot/photographer's time in transit.

• Once travel to the project site has commenced, the travel fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable, regardless of whether the shoot is completed (unless due to equipment failure on our part).
• In the event of a weather-related rescheduling (as outlined in our Refund Policy), the travel fee will be reapplied to the rescheduled date if travel had already begun for the original appointment.

For projects requiring travel beyond 150 miles or more than three hours of one-way transit, additional fees for lodging and per diem may apply. These will be quoted on a project-by-project basis and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

All applicable travel fees must be paid along with the final project invoice. For projects requiring a deposit (totaling over $300), the travel fee will be included in the total project estimate used to calculate the 30% non-refundable deposit.
