This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which Northern Colorado SkyShots LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds and manages cancellations, deposits, approvals, and disputes for our professional photography and videography services. By booking a session or paying an invoice, the Client (“you”) agrees to this policy in full.

Once photographic or video deliverables have been delivered via our secure cloud platform (Microsoft OneDrive) and approved by the Client—whether verbally or in writing (including via email or text)—all sales are final. Approved work is considered accepted, complete, and non-refundable.

Before final approval, Northern Colorado SkyShots may, at its sole discretion, provide a reasonable number of revisions if the Client identifies specific issues.

• All revision requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of the initial delivery.
• Requests for entirely new shots or changes to the original project scope (e.g., changing from a daytime shoot to a twilight shoot after the work is performed) are not considered revisions and will incur additional charges.

• Projects over $300: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required before any work begins or is placed on our official calendar. This deposit secures your date and covers pre-production time and administrative costs.
• Projects $300 or less: Full payment is typically due at the time of service delivery or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Distance Fees: For projects located outside of our standard 50-mile service radius, a travel fee of $50 for every 10 miles outside that radius will be applied to the invoice. This fee is non-refundable once travel to the site has commenced.

• Cancellations: If a project is canceled before any travel or on-site work has started, a partial refund may be issued minus a 25% cancellation fee (or the forfeiture of the 30% non-refundable deposit for larger projects).
• Commenced Work: If work has already begun—including travel to the site, equipment setup, or pre-shoot preparation—no refunds will be provided.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion based on availability.

As a drone-based service, safety is our priority. In the event of inclement weather (high winds, rain, or low visibility) or hazardous conditions that prevent safe flight or ground operations, Northern Colorado SkyShots reserves the right to reschedule the shoot at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for weather delays unless rescheduling is determined to be unfeasible by the Company.

Northern Colorado SkyShots does not accept or forward payments to any third parties (e.g., painters, DJs, or other contractors). All payments made to us must be exclusively for the services provided by Northern Colorado SkyShots LLC. Clients agree to communicate directly with us to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be defended using this policy and may be referred to collections.

Northern Colorado SkyShots LLC shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, delayed real estate marketing, or missed deadlines resulting from service performance or scheduling delays. We deliver uncompressed files via Microsoft OneDrive to ensure maximum quality; however, we are not responsible for technical issues arising from the Client's local hardware or software.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of booking will govern the transaction.
