This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which Northern Colorado SkyShots ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds and manages cancellations, deposits, approvals, and disputes for photography and videography services.

By booking with Northern Colorado SkyShots, the Client agrees to this policy in full.

Once photographic or video deliverables have been approved by the Client, whether verbally or in writing (including via email or text), all sales are final. Approved work is considered accepted and complete. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued after this point.

Before final approval, Northern Colorado SkyShots may, at its sole discretion, provide a reasonable number of revisions if the Client identifies issues. All revision requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of the initial delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required only for projects totaling over $300 before any work begins. This deposit secures your place on our schedule and covers pre-production time, administrative costs, and potential loss of other business.

For projects totaling $300 or less, full payment may be due at the time of service delivery or as otherwise agreed in writing.

No services will begin without receipt of the required deposit for applicable projects.

If a project is canceled before any work or travel has started, a partial refund may be issued minus a 25% cancellation fee.

If work has already commenced—including travel, setup, or pre-shoot preparation—no refunds will be provided. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Northern Colorado SkyShots and is subject to availability.

In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions that prevent service execution, Northern Colorado SkyShots reserves the right to reschedule at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued for weather delays unless rescheduling is not feasible.

Clients agree to communicate directly with Northern Colorado SkyShots to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to pursue legal or collections action in response to unauthorized chargebacks or violations of this policy.

Northern Colorado SkyShots shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, delayed marketing, or missed deadlines resulting from service delays or performance.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will be made available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
