Payment Policy & Verification Procedures for Northern Colorado SkyShots LLC.

Northern Colorado SkyShots delivers professional, compliance-first aerial and ground imaging across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. To maintain operational security and transparent business practices, all financial transactions are governed by the following strict protocols.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept direct payments through verified secure channels for services rendered.
- Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted.
- Electronic Transfer: Zelle and Venmo.
- Direct Payment: Cash and Check (payable to Northern Colorado SkyShots).
Anti-Fraud & Third-Party Payment Policy
Strict Direct-Service Requirement: Northern Colorado SkyShots only accepts payments for services directly contracted with and performed by our company. We do not participate in, facilitate, or accommodate third-party financial arrangements, overpayment distributions, or pass-through vendor billing under any circumstances.
To protect our operations from sophisticated overpayment and financial scams, the following protocols are enforced without exception:
- Direct Billing Only: Invoices are issued directly to the hiring client, agency, or developer. We do not accept funds intended for third-party stagers, contractors, or external service providers.
- Overpayment Protocol: Any payment received that exceeds the contracted invoice amount with an instruction to forward the balance to another party will be rejected immediately.
- Reporting: Fraudulent payment attempts or suspicious escrow/pass-through requests will result in immediate termination of the contract, suspension of image delivery, and the submission of all digital correspondence and routing data to federal and state financial internet crime authorities.
Terms of Service & Deliverables
- Real Estate Packaging: Payments cover the delivery of MLS-ready interior/exterior ground photography, twilight imaging, and FAA-compliant aerials. We do not provide physical staging services.
- Turnaround & Delivery: Digital media is delivered via secure download links upon receipt of verified payment or according to the terms of your commercial service agreement.
